About The Position

City Kia of Greater Orlando is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position in a fast-paced dealership environment. As the first point of contact, you will greet customers, set expectations, and help deliver a welcoming VIP experience. We are seeking an individual who enjoys working with people, smiles easily, thinks quickly, and can multitask with confidence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience (automotive experience a plus)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Strong communication, data entry, and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work weekends and some holidays

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers professionally and set expectations upon arrival
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Schedule sales and service appointments
  • Enter customer information accurately into dealership systems
  • Monitor and respond to internal chats and customer messaging tools
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area (including coffee station)
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks
  • Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
