Requirements

  • College degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a professional setting
  • Professional appearance and manner in answering phones and greeting employees and guests
  • Establish work priorities and remaining flexible under competing demands
  • Demonstrate commitment, dedication, and self-motivation
  • Attention to detail in typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
  • Personable and excellent communicator

Responsibilities

  • Greets employees, clients, callers, and visitors with cheerful salutations
  • Ensures that the reception are stays clutter free and basic resources are available for all visitors
  • Communicates with all agency employees on work functions (lunches, parties, general announcements, etc.)
  • Assists other People and Places team members with work assignments
  • Operates the company’s phone system for efficiency, productivity, and effective communication
  • Gets to know all members of the agency to be able to call them by name
  • Adherence to TA’s information security standards, as outlined in company policies and procedures.
  • May supervise other administrative support staff.
  • Other duties as assigned
