About The Position

SPS Global is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, investors, and employees. This role is ideal for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and can manage multiple responsibilities with discretion and efficiency. You will oversee front desk operations, provide administrative support to executive and operations teams, and ensure a welcoming, professional office environment at all times. This role combines front desk leadership, administrative coordination, and high-level client interaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable interacting with executives and client-facing stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a financial services or corporate environment
  • Additional administrative certifications

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in visitors, clients, and investors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for external guests and internal staff
  • Maintain a polished, organized, and professional reception area
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls with professionalism and discretion
  • Manage and distribute incoming emails as needed
  • Schedule meetings and conference calls
  • Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate catering when required
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages; coordinate outgoing shipments
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; place orders as needed
  • Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and general office support
  • Provide light troubleshooting support for office equipment and conference rooms
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with executives and high-profile clients
  • Ensure overall office presentation remains clean, organized, and well-maintained
