Our Newest Opportunity: Summary: The Receptionist will be primarily responsible for managing front desk activities and other administrative tasks. Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with responsibilities split between desk-based tasks and frequent walkthroughs of the office floors.

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone and direct caller appropriately
  • Greet and direct visitors to the company
  • Manage supply closet, which includes taking inventory, ordering, and distributing of supplies
  • Coordinate use of conference rooms
  • Assist in set- up and clean -up of conference rooms for management and/or client meetings including coordination, selection and ordering of food
  • Assist with new employee onboarding efforts
  • Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
