About The Position

Suncadia Real Estate is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Development Sales office. This role is key to creating an exceptional first impression for clients, homeowners, and guests while supporting a fast-paced, collaborative real estate team within a resort environment. This is a part-time position that will include weekends. Ideal Candidate: You are well-organized, adaptable, and enjoy supporting a diverse team in a dynamic office setting. Requirements

  • Strong computer skills and comfort with office technology, including Microsoft Office (Outlook calendar management, Excel), cloud-based platforms (SharePoint), and CRM systems
  • Understanding of (or willingness to learn) overall resort operations and how departments work together
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor with a strong customer-service mindset
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, agile environment
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, homeowners, and guests with a warm, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and courteously
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized front desk and reception area
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Development Sales team
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and general office coordination
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support on-site events, including setup, staffing, and breakdown
  • Manage event collateral and supplies and identify cost-saving opportunities
