The successful candidate: Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Job Responsibilities The Receptionist is responsible for supporting daily operations within the Oncology Clinic. This position assists the Practice Manager and clinic staff by coordinating departmental functions and performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
  • Proficiency with standard office equipment including scanner, fax machine, and copy machine
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced clinical environment
