The position of Receptionist is responsible for performing customer reception activities; performs switchboard operations; fielding calls, answers questions or inquiries of a general nature; determines appropriate direction for business inquiries; issues messages; performs routine clerical duties as required. Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
