About The Position

This position professionally and courteously answers incoming phone calls and welcomes guests to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service, communication skills, and team player.
  • Detail-oriented, organizational skills, quick learner, ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and office equipment including computers and applicable software applications.
  • Good judgement and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service, in-person, by phone and via email, by answering questions from the public and works with frequent interruptions.
  • Greets visitors and verifies the purpose of their visits as well as the employee they are visiting.
  • Displays a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude in all dealings with all visitors.
  • Utilizes the company's website in order to communicate up-to-date information.
  • Maintains the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
  • Operates a variety of office equipment including a computer, copier, scanner, fax machine, telephone, and utilizes various software applications.
  • Receives, collects, sorts, date stamps, distributes mail, and prepares outgoing mail as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested when needed.
