We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Executive Assistant to manage front-desk operations and provide high-level support to executives. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will handle a range of administrative tasks with efficiency and a positive attitude. Position duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Inventory and ordering of break room supplies and office supplies Greet and assist visitors with a warm, professional demeanor. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails. Manage the front desk, including receiving packages and handling mail. Assist executives with travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and handling expenses. Other duties and/or special projects as assigned
