About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a receptionist. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or person
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and packages
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers
