About The Position

The Receptionist – Supply Chain Assistant is a key contact for visitors and callers from outside the organization. This position also assists with Supply Chain functions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Proven work experience with a high level of detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively
  • Must have advanced interpersonal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Knowledge of standard office equipment, ie: computer, 10 key, fax machine, copier etc

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • Experience with Syteline and Jet Reports.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all components needing shipped are stocked and “packed” in the system.
  • Verify packing slip information matches the system and customer notes/requirements.
  • Handle BOL’s, CofC’s, Custom’s Invoices, ITN’s and other relevant forms
  • Work closely with Contracts to create ASN’s from customer portals.
  • Scan visitor logs monthly
  • Erase whiteboard excluding last day of the month, monthly
  • Update tv presentation as needed when guests arrive
  • Supply cabinet maintenance
  • Responsible for greeting all visitors and screening them per our stated procedures.
  • Responsible for answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls from multi-line system.
  • Responsible for processing and distributing mail and packages.
  • Depositing checks via scanner and SmartPay.
  • Responsible for various clerical and filing tasks, as needed, including scanning files and saving to computerized filing system.
  • Maintaining photo board with up-to-date employee titles.
