About The Position

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Receptionist Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control, and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Receptionist Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. The Receptionist Security Officer is a customer service driven position. If you have receptionist, hospitality, or retail industry background, you are a great fit for this role.

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to present yourself professionally in both appearance and speech
Must provide and wear your own business‑casual attire

Answering and transferring phone calls
Greeting and assisting visitors
