Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk or administrative or office support role.
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with office equipment (Microsoft Teams, printers, copiers).
  • Present Professionalism in a Casual Environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Able to work independently, be punctual and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls.
  • Receive and Distribute mail
  • Manage office supplies and breakroom inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Reconcile vendor invoices.
  • Send out company announcements as needed.
  • Coordinate and Facilitate office events.
  • Weekly Friday Breakfast Order/Pick up and Sam’s/Walmart pick up.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Support HR and other departments with clerical tasks as required.
