About The Position

Very busy property management company needs someone to manage calls from tenants and managers utilizing great customer service skills and an even temperament. Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 DOE Location: Phoenix, AZ 85051 Type: Temporary with the possibility of hire! Duration: Until hired Start date: Immediately upon passing the background Benefits: Available after the eligibility period

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills: must be friendly, helpful, even-tempered and patient
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • At least 2 years of previous office experience
  • Basic office skills
  • Business Casual Environment
  • Background check required

Responsibilities

  • Phones: assisting residents and owners with questions
  • Accepting rental payments and issuing receipts
  • Assisting administrative staff with projects
  • Computer-Data entry
  • Updating CRM system
  • Rent entry
  • Filing and other administrative duties as requested
