ASEA is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail‑oriented Receptionist / HR Clerk to join our team! Requirements

  • Experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in customer service (preferred)
  • Experience in Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing (strongly preferred)
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm in a busy environment
  • Friendly, dependable, adaptable, and professional
  • Comfortable learning new software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet tools, and CRM systems
  • Experience handling confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Be the first friendly face our guests see - greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
  • Provide accurate information in person, by phone, and via email
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Manage visitor access, badges, and logbooks to support office security
  • Partner with Operations on office supply inventory and organization
  • Learn and live ASEA's core values in everyday interactions
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
  • Assist with employee onboarding, including preparing new‑hire swag and coordinating orientation logistics
  • Respond to basic employee questions and route more complex issues to the appropriate HR team member
  • Serve as a culture ambassador by helping coordinate meals, employee events, and engagement activities
  • Support HR projects such as trainings, audits, and internal communications
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
