Apply today to grow your career in the heart of hospitality and wellness!   Position Overview:  Spa Lilliana at Hotel Effie Sandestin Golf& Beach Resort, is seeking an organized and welcoming Spa Receptionist to join our luxury spa team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service by managing appointments, assisting with guest inquiries, and maintaining the flow of the spa operations. The Spa Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, aligned with our brand standards. This can be either a part or full time position.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spa software programs.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.
  • Must be detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
  • Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds to assist with retail product restocking or equipment.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and move with ease in a spa environment.
  • Must be comfortable working in a calming, low-light atmosphere with soft music and scents.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage reservations using spa management software.
  • Provide detailed information on spa services, treatments, and retail products.
  • Handle guest concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it aligns with the spa’s aesthetic.
  • Process payments, handle transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support spa therapists and management with daily operational needs.
  • Upsell spa services and products to enhance guest experiences.
