We are currently seeking a customer-focused office professional that is bilingual in Spanish who thrives on being an integral part of our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, the primary goal is to deliver comprehensive assistance and support to Best Buy Metals and our inside sales team, fostering both complete customer satisfaction and heightened sales. Additionally, this position entails serving as the initial point of contact for incoming customers and handling various reception tasks. Starting pay $17.50 Here are the responsibilities and expectations of this role to ensure we are the right fit for each other.
Requirements
- One year of experience in a customer-centric position within an office environment
- Fluent in speaking both English and Spanish (required)
- Exceptional administrative abilities demonstrated through effective multitasking and the delivery of a world-class customer service experience.
- Effective communication expertise and proficiency in problem-solving.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,) and other applications.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls to be sorted and distributed to the appropriate inside sales rep.
- Assist Administrative Assistant with paperwork & billing needs.
- Collect mail and distribute delivered packages through couriers.
- Helping the inside sales team with order confirmations, ecommerce tool store orders, Google Reviews and delivery follow ups.
- Execute outbound communication strategy as directed by the management team.
