About The Position

Nissan of Auburn is looking for candidates for a Full-Time Automotive Receptionist/Cashier. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to succeed and grow with the company. $19.00 - $21.00 Per hour

Requirements

• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
• Excellent communication skills, verbal & written, required.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients in our busy Service department
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and check the client out when their Service is done.
• Balance till at the end of the shift
• Close repair orders using our Tekion computer system
• Work cooperatively with the managers and other internal teams
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Archive documents via electronic scanning
• Stock in new vehicles in accounting system
• Other duties as assigned
