About The Position

Contract Exteriors, a leading exterior renovation company, is seeking a motivated and results-driven receptionist to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to receive and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively engage with potential customers. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and capable of maintaining a positive and professional attitude. You must love to TALK and LISTEN to solve all our customers needs! Requirements

Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain lead database and update customer information regularly.
Schedule appointments
Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to ensure continued interest.
Maintain a proactive approach to reschedule canceled appointments.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Handling incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate individuals or departments, and take messages as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Sort incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with Administrative tasks as needed.
