About The Position

Our physical therapy practice is seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist and Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patients and visitors, as well as coordinating patient care with our medical staff. Responsibilities: - Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments - Verify patient insurance information and collect copays - Coordinate patient care with medical staff, including scheduling appointments and follow-up care - Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality - Assist with administrative tasks as needed - Communicate and coordinate with physician liaison for marketing Requirements: - Associate degree or past experience in a medical office setting - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficient in document and spreadsheet generation and management - Comfortable with technology including tablets and cloud-based systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred: - Certifications and/or credentials denoting experience in clerical and medical office skills If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
