Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotions and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank. Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support. Timely send mortgage loan disclosures and/or statements of denial to borrowers. Strong communication skills with all mortgage officers and processors. Input loan applications into the mortgage department's software system. Perform general loan processing functions: ordering appraisals, flood and tax certificates and title commitments. Ability to answer and field basic mortgage questions. Perform all required receptionist duties. Assist Mortgage Loan Compliance Officer as needed Assist officers and other employees as needed. Disburse funds on closed loans. Handle incoming payments brought in by customers.
