Assist current Administrative Assistant and provide secretarial support to faculty in the department with daily operations, this can/will consist of but not limited to the following - scheduling meetings, taking minutes, travel arrangements for faculty and students; greeting individuals, creating spreadsheets, making copies, running errands in the building and sometimes on campus, gathering the mail and delivering to faculty, helping faculty with course documents, etc. Other tasks as assigned.
