Overview Horton, Inc. has an opening for an Receptionist- Admin Assistant- On call to work in our Roseville, MN location. This position is on an "as needed" basis. Position Summary: The On Call Assistant is accountable for professional, courteous, prompt and accurate operation of the company switchboard, performing receptionist (front desk) duties, administrative support to other departments, ordering and inventory of office supplies for Roseville, backup for travel planning, assisting other Horton locations with supplies when needed, mail, and other general office administrative duties as assigned. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and the Internet is necessary. This is only for back up support, as needed.
