About The Position

We are seeking a punctual, service-oriented Front Desk & Workplace Experience Coordinator with experience in hospitality or reception. This role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience at the front desk, including managing visitor check-in, coordinating with security, and collaborating with internal teams. You will be the go-to person for support within the workplace, both in-person and via Slack, while also managing mailroom duties and supporting onsite events.

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception.
  • Strong reliability with on-time attendance and punctuality.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and ticketing tools.
  • Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in mailroom management and customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a seamless Stripe and guest experience at the front desk.
  • Manage visitor check-in processes, including issuing visitor lanyards.
  • Collaborate with security for VIP and event guest arrivals.
  • Work with internal teams to adhere to visitor policies.
  • Store luggage and coats according to site protocols.
  • Assist employees and visitors in-person and via Slack.
  • Escalate challenges to the Workplace Manager and JLL Manager.
  • Connect with the Workplace Manager on key items for additional support.
  • Respond to Jira tickets within SLAs and triage to appropriate teams.
  • Manage the distribution of mail, packages, and swag using Envoy.
  • Inspect and ensure reception equipment is in good condition.
  • Maintain approved literature and manage office supplies.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify facilities needs.
  • Support onsite events and manage facilities issues.
