Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or front desk experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • College coursework or degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Previous hospitality or concierge experience preferred.
  • Experience with hotel or office phone systems and property management software a plus.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and events preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage guest inquiries, provide directions, and offer recommendations for local attractions and services.
  • Answer and route phone calls, messages, and emails promptly and accurately.
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests as needed.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception, and public areas.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, reservations, and guest correspondence.
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and safety procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
