This position involves providing comprehensive reception and administrative support within an education center, primarily assisting Soldiers. Key responsibilities include greeting clients, managing a customer management system, and handling various inquiries via email, fax, and phone. The role requires operating standard office equipment and assisting with administrative tasks related to Soldier in- and out-processing, as well as providing information and support for Tuition Assistance (TA) applications. The incumbent will follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for tasks such as filing, scheduling courses, tracking facility usage, managing mail, and maintaining records. Additionally, the role supports briefings, special events, equipment tracking, and ensures the cleanliness and operational status of work areas and computer equipment. The position also involves maintaining administrative files and assisting other education center personnel as needed.
