ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain accurate records of received shipments, discrepancies, and damages, and report issues to management. Ensure proper labeling and organization of received inventory within the warehouse. Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and inventory control, to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes. Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, as needed. Improve efficiency in the receiving department by implementing the best practices and process improvements. Assist in conducting cycle counts and physical inventory audits as required. Requirements

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
