Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, and equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Desire to participate in continuous improvement activities and on-the-job training to enhance skills
  • Ability to visually identify quality discrepancies
  • Ability to read Bill of Materials and Blueprints
  • Ability to understand the demand for parts by departments according to the schedule in the computer
  • Average oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Candidates must be 18 years or older
  • This position requires long periods of standing up to 8 hours in a 10-hour day.
  • This position also requires repetitive movement of fingers, hands, and arms.
  • This position requires a high degree of attention to details.
  • This position requires the ability to inspect, count and differentiate parts.

Nice To Haves

  • Fulfillment experience is preferred but optional.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, unloading, and processing incoming shipments
  • Checking and verifying received materials against purchase orders or invoices
  • Storing received materials in proper locations
  • Kitting (Picking and packing) orders accurately and efficiently for use in other departments
  • Entering all parts receiving and moving into the computer system
  • Preparing and staging products for shipment
  • Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling variances
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse
  • Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, dollys, tablets, scanners
