About The Position

Receiving Specialist Essential Duties / Responsibilities Load and unload trucks Position inventory and handle material safely and correctly Data collection & analysis Compliant with all training, quality, compliance, and safety policies, practices, and procedures Keeps management aware of any problems or potential problems in the quality of the product Moving material/product throughout the shop to the next location All other responsibilities assigned by the Manager and/or Team Lead Counting received items  Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Work independently with the ability to prioritize work tasks The ability to understand and carry out detailed oral and written instructions  Ability to read and understand work instructions, documents, correspondence, and memos. Effective communication skills, which include verbal and written Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.  Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Must be able to multi-task, have a positive attitude, and handle pressure under deadlines in a professional manner Must have excellent attendance and be dependable The ability to obtain a Hi-Lo license The ability to follow FIFO Ability to use a crane to unload heavy product Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Excellent attendance record Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or the ability to learn Ability to work with hands and excellent eye/hand coordination Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Climate-controlled manufacturing facility with a moderate noise level. In this position, you are working a full-time schedule, mainly in an office environment, with some time in a manufacturing setting.

Therefore, candidates will need to qualify as a US Person, which is defined as a US Citizen, a Permanent Resident who does not work for a foreign company/foreign government/foreign governmental agency or organization, or a political asylee in compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
