Responsible for department duties including off loading inbound containers, staging and locating pallets, ensure inbound documentation is correct to product received. Provides management with inbound documents, any discrepancies, discrepancies, inventory issues, etc.

Requirements

Good understanding of inventory management
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Willingness to learn & adapt.
Strong math, reading and writing skills.
Powered Industrial Truck experience is required.
Physical ability to stand for long periods of time.
Physical ability to lift 20 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
2-5 years of warehouse experience

Responsibilities

Off load inbound containers, stage and locate product to inventory.
Ensure all inbound documentation is correct for the product received.
Coordinate with the manager to ensure proper inventory.
Ensure all receiving, processing, and inventory control functions are executed accurately by verifying orders and auditing reports.
Follows all receiving and inventory guidelines, ensuring product is processed correctly.
Recommend new or improved methods, techniques, and procedures for various warehouse processes.
Develop and maintain a good working relationship and open lines of communication with all departments to ensure Department, Company, and Client goals are achieved.
Complies with federal, state, local and anti-trust requirements.
Protects operations by keeping business strategies, trade secrets and financials confidential.
Ensure good housekeeping and safe working conditions in the facility.
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
