Requirements
- Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse environments
- Confidence using digital tools (MRP systems, email, scanners, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and process thinking
- Dependable work ethic—able to stay on your feet throughout the shift
- Humble, coachable, and driven to grow
- Comfortable communicating clearly and professionally with all team members and partners
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience or certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Pre-arrival: Pre-load data into our MRP system, verify material certifications, and plan space for incoming goods
- At arrival: Unload trucks, inspect and verify materials (quality, quantity, documentation), and finalize material receipt
- Material management: Ensure accurate inventory, track movement through the facility, and coordinate with purchasing and scheduling teams
- Daily flow: Support machine uptime by ensuring timely material movement—both physically and digitally
- Communication: Collaborate with vendors, delivery drivers, internal teams, and leadership
- Cleanliness & organization: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment inside and out
