About The Position

A Warehouse Receiver is responsible for the timely and accurate receipt of product and placement in specific areas of the warehouse. Received goods are unloaded and content is broken down and reviewed to ensure the correct items and quantities have been delivered based on the purchase order. Education and Experience (include knowledge, skills and abilities): High School Diploma or equivalent Must have forklift experience/license Good communication skills, both written and oral in English Good organizational skills Possesses basic math skills The ability to multi-task Personal Characteristics: Excellent work ethic Excellent interpersonal skill Honest The ability to problem solver and work as a team Flexible Working Conditions: The temperature in the department is colder than room temperature due to products being highly perishable Due to regional climate, the receiving doc may be colder than room temperature as the dock doors open frequently to accept deliveries The position requires frequent walking, standing, lifting, pulling, pushing, squatting and reaching with a maximum of 110lbs Why you’ll love working here!
