This Receiving Coordinator I role supports the receiving and warehouse team, including materials management activities, warehouse and inventory control operations, and the transport of finished goods. The position ensures material availability, timely distribution, and customer satisfaction, and involves conducting material receipt, replenishment, and inventory cycle counts.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
  • 2 – 4 years related experience and/or training or combination of education and experience.
  • SAP ERP System.
  • WMS Software.
  • Forklift Certified.
  • Box Truck Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Follows all material management and distribution policies, standard.
  • Keeps track of inventories (raw materials), and ensures the material is available when needed.
  • Follows up the process of warehousing of raw materials from factory, fill orders, ships and delivers merchandise to sales warehouse.
  • Cooperates with relevant department to arrange the raw material inventory, inventory levels and delivery times, and establishes alignment with the other supply chain partners.
  • Prepares periodical reports on material status and statistics.
  • Facilitates logistics.
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
  • Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed.
