Skills Required: Checking in inventory Cycle counting Receiving Inventory in great plains Making adjustments in great plains Counting, weighing or measuring items of incoming shipments Verifying information against invoices, orders, bills of lading or other records Examining and unpacking incoming shipments Recording shortages and rejecting damaged items Routing items to various departments Ensuring incoming shipments meet specifications Checking in inbound inventory and administering the processing Tracing and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery Monitoring the returns process Sorting, counting, identifying, verifying and tracking all material Verifying receipts and logging them according to required procedures Investigating and resolving situations where items received are not properly documented Entering inventory data into the system on a timely basis Cooperating with representatives from other departments Performing regular material warehouse audits Advising management of cycle count issues Ensuring all documents and material received are of satisfactory quality Minimum Requirements: Ability to calculate mathematical values Working knowledge of software usage, order processing systems, inventory software and word processing software Knowledgeable in warehousing procedures Attention to detail
