Job Summary: Supports the division’s inventory control processes by receiving incoming inventory from external shipments. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Receives inbound parts, material and equipment from external vendors into inventory through the company’s internal database Checks received items for damages or discrepancies and reports to supervisor immediately Tracks inventory counts Properly accounts for the location of incoming parts, material and equipment by updating inventory as needed Compares packing lists to purchase orders and ensures that the products in each delivery match the packing list May assist with duties in the warehouse: Move inventory and materials across facilities with forklift or pallet jack Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location Process inventory for deliveries to job sites Delivers or picks up equipment and materials to from job sites, vendors or supply houses Reports damaged or missing inventory to supervisors Update logs and documentation for inventory processing Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for all associates Follows all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety Other duties as assigned Duties may vary by location.
