About The Position

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing all incoming deliveries for the condominium. This role ensures packages, mail, and goods are properly received, logged, secured, and distributed to residents while maintaining organization, accuracy, and security.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify deliveries, packages, mail, and vendor shipments
  • Inspect items for damage or discrepancies upon arrival
  • Log deliveries into the building’s tracking system or records
  • Notify residents of received packages
  • Organize and store items in designated areas
  • Release packages to residents following proper verification procedures
  • Coordinate with couriers, vendors, and residents regarding deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of receiving/storage areas
  • Report suspicious packages or security concerns
  • Assist management with inventory or supply tracking (if applicable)
