SUMMARY Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site by performing the following duties.

Requirements

Basic reading/writing skills
Ability to read and understand all job specifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 12 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

Pulls Orders for delivery or pickup
Receives New Goods
Stock Shelves
Pull Bills of Material and Other Day-to-day Stockroom Functions
Data entry into Visual and Integra
Responsible for tracking and monitoring inventory levels
Ability to interpret and disposition packing slips
Understand the Daily Operations of the shipping and Receiving Department
Opens containers.
Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
Moves raw material through the plant to its dedicated work area as requested.
Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet.
Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together.
Loads industrial tugger with tugger carts.
Lifts heavy objects(up to 50 lbs) by hand or with power hoist, and cleans work area
Assembles crates to contain products for finished goods.
Process part shortages through Constraint Board System
Process and disposition mis-shipments
Other duties as assigned.
