Requirements

Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or material handling
Ability to use warehouse systems or basic digital tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience with WMS software or ERP systems
Knowledge of compliance guidelines related to material handling or logistics
Background supporting manufacturing or distribution workflows

Responsibilities

Manage the receiving and shipping of materials, reagents, instruments, and equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory and material control using warehouse management systems (WMS) or related tools.
Prepare materials for shipment and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
Support scheduling, planning, and coordination activities to keep manufacturing workflows on track.
Monitor workflow and help prioritize tasks within your assigned distribution area.
Ensure compliance with all applicable local, national, and international guidelines.
May support fulfillment administration, including tracking orders and maintaining related records.
