O'Toole's Garden Centers is looking for a Seasonal Receiving Assistant to help keep our inventory flowing smoothly during peak season. If you enjoy working behind the scenes, staying organized, and don't mind lifting the occasional bag of soil (or ten), we'd love to have you on board!

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and unloading incoming shipments.
• Verify shipments against invoices and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized receiving area.
• Process damaged or missing inventory claims as needed.
• Help keep product availability updated so the right departments stay in the loop.
• Ensure proper handling of incoming plant products to keep them happy and healthy.
• Coordinate receiving schedules with vendors to prevent bottlenecks and traffic jams.
• Help with restocking, moving products, and making sure everything flows smoothly.
