Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in grocery, retail, or food service environments

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, temperature-check, and inspect incoming deliveries for quality and accuracy
• Verify shipments against invoices and purchase orders; quickly resolve discrepancies
• Communicate professionally with vendors and delivery drivers to coordinate and troubleshoot deliveries
• Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, case cutters, and forklifts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and clearly labeled receiving area to support efficiency and safety
• Stock, rotate, and face products using FIFO (first-in, first-out) practices
• Monitor inventory levels and report low, damaged, or excess items
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment at all times
• Support store operations during slower periods (stocking, cleaning, assisting other departments)
• Build product knowledge to better support teammates and contribute to overall store success
