We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, energetic, and eager Warehouse Receiver in Boston. Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, heavy workload and standing for a prolonged period of time as necessary
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed

Responsibilities

  • Receive ordered foods and beverages, check delivery notes, verify quantity received and check received goods (quality and quantity) and reject unacceptable products according to internal procedures.
  • Ensure traceability integrity in maintained. All in bound edible raw ingredients and as well as Ready to Eat ingredients shall receive an internal lot number, (Julian Sticker containing a perpetual numbering system from 1-365 calendars days in the year). Julian calendars are based on the year.
  • Distribute products internally according to food safety rules and storage orders. Adhere to HACCP and all other food safety rules (e.g. FIFO, date marking, Julian marking, correct storage etc.).
  • Conduct inventory and accomplish goals and objectives while adhering to Food Safety regulations
  • Breakdown palettes and boxes, storing items in designated areas, ensure receiving area is cleared in timely manner and perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Detect material reaching low stock and request cabin load of material and inform the concerned parties regarding changes, material shortages, excess and any deviations, etc.
  • Ability to work with heavy workload and stand for a prolonged period with ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed
