About The Position

This is not an official job description, but represents major responsibilities a new hire can expect to perform:You could expect the position of receiving clerk to include the following: DUTIES: • Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job. • Unload trucks with use of forklift or power jack • Follow company guidelines when using power equipment • Have a basic knowledge of Word and Excel; be able to navigate programs; print invoices • DEX vendor invoices for incoming product (involves plugging DEX unit into computer jack to view and print invoices) • Exercise discretion while handling confidential information • Verify item count received with invoices; i.e. number of cases ,etc. • Handle damaged product and product returns • Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management TRAINING Training will be provided at store level. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Bending Stooping Able to stock 50 cases per hour Able to pull loaded stock truck Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Working on feet entire shift (4-8 hours) Additional Requirements – Internal Candidates: Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred. Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred. Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline). Requirements

Bending
Stooping
Able to stock 50 cases per hour
Able to pull loaded stock truck
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Working on feet entire shift (4-8 hours)
Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred.
