Requirements

Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Execute assigned tasks with precision and speed in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Have effective communication skills
Can lift 50 lbs or more
Have knowledge of health department standards

Responsibilities

Ensure orders arrive on time, are complete and of good quality
Store products and log in accordance with facility standards
Maintain food, beverage and paper storage areas, keeping organized, clean and up to health codes
Rotate all product daily
Assist Purchaser and Chef with daily assigned tasks
Maintains kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils, keeping in clean and orderly condition
