About The Position

Classic Rock Fabrication is seeking a motivated Receiver & Install Support Technician to join our team. This hybrid role is essential to supporting our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, organization, and management of materials. In addition, you will occasionally assist our installation team with the delivery and installation of countertops, helping maintain the high-quality standards Classic Rock is known for.

Requirements

  • Six months to one year of related experience and/or training in construction or warehouse operations.
  • Strong communication skills in English; able to read, write, and comprehend instructions.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and measuring in fractions.
  • Ability to apply common sense and solve straightforward problems.
  • Valid Driver’s License required for driving company vehicles.
  • DOT Medical Certification required for box truck operation.
  • Ability to lift up to 125 lbs independently; assist with 1,000–1,500 lbs during installations.
  • Ability to stoop, crouch, reach, stand, sit, walk, push, pull, grasp, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Able to safely operate company vehicles and equipment as needed.
  • Steel-toe boots and safety glasses required in designated areas.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify incoming products and materials.
  • Deliver and notify appropriate departments of incoming products.
  • Maintain accurate records, including packing slips and daily receiving entries.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, racking, and dock spaces.
  • Assist with inventory counts and maintain raw material stock levels.
  • Process outbound shipments efficiently.
  • Support team members and promote collaboration.
  • Uphold Classic Rock Fabrication’s Core Values in all aspects of work.
  • Assist with loading and unloading countertops, backsplashes, and installation materials.
  • Support Lead Install Technicians during installations according to company standards.
  • Use fabrication and construction tools, including tape measures.
  • Complete pre-trip forms and report vehicle issues when assisting with deliveries.
  • Maintain DOT medical certification status if approved as a driver.
  • Provide professional, service-focused communication with customers on-site.
  • Ensure job sites are left in better condition than arrival.
