Position Summary: The receiver's main role is to take in all food beverage & supply products and to stock them in their appropriate location The receivers responsibilities may include: handling and storing of food and supplies, food preparation and controlling food waste & cost, maintaining a clean and safe galley, maintaining all equipment and supplies.Satisfactory job performance will be monitored by galley supervisors, sous chef, or chef.
