About The Position

The Recalibration Order Specialist will maximize our overall recalibration efficiency and pulse rate by executing a centralized, and consistent processes to ensure recalibrations are not missed and/or are followed up/rescheduled as needed. This includes ensuring orders have the right recal or technical service added before the work is performed, that work order changes (re-scheduling, "child" orders, etc.) are consistently happening to increase recalibration retention, and implementing the recalibration removal governance process to reduce the workload of field management and properly challenge removals if appropriate. This associate will ensure the integrity of the proof-of-recalibration process by confirming that no recalibration is invoiced without an appropriate level of documentation, and manually overriding with proof. Controllable pulse rate and % orders with manual override will be key KPI's to measure success. This associate will need to be available to work shifts that will include Saturday, as business dictates.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 1-3 years Extensive experience in WO management in SV2 – understanding all phases of the work order process and lifecycle to include updating work orders, inventory, and invoicing. Required
  • 1-3 years Experience in Outlook, and Excel. Required
  • 1-3 years Working with associates or customers that may be frustrated or don’t understand the process. Required
  • 1-3 years Experience in utilizing Avaya software Required
  • Deep understanding of recalibration data and what constitutes proof of recalibration (High proficiency)
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and accurately both in person and via email (High proficiency)

Responsibilities

  • Identify orders where the recalibration was missed and ensure the appropriate process is followed based on each situation (e.g. capture the opportunity on a new recal-only order) and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Executing recalibration removal governance process to ensure that only valid exceptions are allowed and are properly documented including disclaimer/waiver capture.
  • Work order management/scrubbing process – Ensure recalibrations and other technical services are added including the correct recalibration type and tool coverage to all applicable orders before work happens, etc. – Workorder is ‘clean’.
  • Proof-of-recalibration, manage governance and override process and ensure standards are followed including recalibration inbox support.
  • Provide recalibration scheduling support for pilots and specialty vehicles as needed.
