About The Position

• Disassembly and rebuilding of various assemblies within the Fuser Rebuild and Tech departments • Disassemble and rebuild assemblies using a variety of small hand tools • Make decisions as to which components on the assembly being rebuilt need replacing or refurbishing • Ensuring that all assemblies are rebuilt to the required quality standards as determined by management • Rebuild assemblies on an as needed basis per the request of the QC Technicians or the Operations Manager • Maintain a professional, positive attitude with co-workers and other departments • Keep work area organized and clean • Ability to recognize issues and communicate them to management • Other duties that may be assigned by management
