About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee reconstruction for complex mitigation and fire loss projects. This role is responsible for managing reconstruction projects including ensuring scope accuracy, schedule adherence, budget control, and exceptional customer and carrier communication. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, agents, and internal teams, providing leadership and coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage reconstruction for mitigation and fire restoration projects.
  • Conduct detailed site inspections to assess damage, define scope, identify risks, and establish project strategy.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure projects transition seamlessly between mitigation, reconstruction, and close out phases.
  • Monitor job progress to ensure compliance with company standards, industry best practices, and insurance requirements.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal reconstruction teams.
  • Review plans, specifications, change orders, and job costing for accuracy and profitability.
  • Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion of reconstruction work.
  • Conduct job walks, punch lists, and final inspections prior to project close-out.
  • Provide clear, consistent updates on project status, scope changes, timelines, and expectations in CRM.
  • Resolve issues proactively to maintain customer satisfaction and carrier confidence.
  • Collaborate closely with estimating, accounting, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation in all systems, including photos, estimates, notes, and reports.
  • Maintain organized job files and ensure compliance with company and insurance guidelines.
