About The Position

The Rebate Coordinator is responsible for managing customer rebate programs, special pricing agreements (SPAs), and pricing matrix adjustments to ensure accurate and timely pricing execution. This role supports operational, professional, and organizational effectiveness by collaborating with vendors, sales teams, and internal departments to meet financial goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in general office work.
  • Proven proficiency in general personal computer applications, including Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Word.
  • Ability to navigate and utilize the Internet in performing job functions.
  • Proven proficiency in data entry.
  • Commitment to and demonstration of high ethical standards governing professional behavior and interactions.
  • Strong customer service orientation with internal and external customers and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal formats.
  • Ability to develop strong interpersonal working relationships and work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, including an ability to plan and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven attentiveness to detail coupled with problem analysis and resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain flexible working hours to meet department needs.
  • Ability to travel to the corporate office as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and apply SPAs to customer accounts.
  • Enter deviated costs and margins into the Eclipse Operating System.
  • Submit monthly rebate requests and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
  • Process applicable credits and recalculate sales order costs to capture margins.
  • Adjust pricing matrices based on market conditions and sales requests.
  • Maintain customer pricing and enter promotional costs and sale prices.
  • Generate reports and process promotional credits.
  • Provide analytical support and create instructional documentation.
  • Update Eclipse with validated product and vendor data.
  • Maintain customer accounts, apply SPAs, and manage custom part numbers.
