About The Position

As a Realty Network Advisor, you will be the driving force behind growing and strengthening the company's network of Real Estate Agents. This involves coaching, mentoring, and ensuring agents adhere to Realty Search Solutions Network standards, ultimately helping them improve their business and providing home buyers with the best possible experience. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, have a passion for real estate, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.   • Either already a licensed Real Estate Salesperson or excited to get licensed upon joining the team.

Responsibilities

  • Keeping agents engaged – Using performance trackers and marketing tools to help agents achieve their business goals.
  • Coaching & supporting – Checking in on agent performance, identifying growth opportunities, and assisting them in leveling up.
  • Building strong relationships – Partnering with agents in an assigned region to maximize success for all parties.
  • Staying in the know – Keeping up with lending partner updates and department goals to drive more home-buying successes.
  • Keeping deals on track – Acting as the primary connection between agents, loan officers, and the home buying concierge team to ensure monthly closings occur on time.
  • Pitching in wherever needed to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
